18. It isn't the counting as much as the rush.
First they have to figure out a ballot with approximately 300 candidates. We were already told in my county that they didn't have time to mail absentee ballots, so that we would have to pick them up at the county offices. This means, shut-ins and Californians not in the state won't be able to vote. Next, many of the precincts can't handle the extra election traffic so many precincts will be in different locations, confusing matters more especially with old people.

Oh yes and many precincts were changing to computer voting and they won't be ready or will be rushed into service, so this could be a problem as Bev Harris knows.
