"They are not all terrorists," Bush said in the interview, conducted last week in the Oval Office.

Amazingly, for the first time, Bush is differentiating here between legal and illegal combatants in the eyes of the Geneva Conventions.

With this one statement, he and his administration can no longer claim ignorance on this issue. THEY KNEW THAT THEY WERE TORTURING POWs.
