An acquaintance put it the following way:

Repugnicans men wants BJs and can't get them, and despise any man who does...or any woman who gives as being a "slut"

Repugnican women are the ones forced to "service" their men and hate both the act and the men who participate in it.

About the best explanation I've heard why these people can't get over this thing.

Meanwhile here in Illinois we've got a moron Repugnican attempting to parse his own kinky sex life as no big deal.

This all from the party that has more divorces...LOL! Family Values...isn't that a pharmacy in Ohio???
