6. I heard that Republicans paid people to collect signatures...
for Nader, and that many signers were not told unless they read the fine print what they were signing. Plus, I heard that 17 of the 122 petitioners were convicted felons. Does anyone know what Arizona's rules are regarding reinstating the franchise to felons released from prison? If felons are not allowed to vote, then the signatures they collected most likely will not be valid. This is a sticky issue for me, because I believe really strongly that felons should have their voting rights restored after they have served their time. But if Arizona law does not agree with me, then at least it would decrease Nader's chances of being on the ballot.
