119. This doesn't look "for real' to me. Someone's wish.
Doesn't say HOW it's going to go into space, WHO is going to launch it, what the cross will be made of, if someone is going to be carrying it on his/her body, or any details. Sounds like a hoax, or someone is merely going to stick a cross in his pocket.

Doesn't matter to me. People, for all I know, have been carrying their own personal religious items on them since we first started going into space.
