Are they joking? What response could they be refering to. Why aren't they asking about the timing of this black-out. Was jumping to blame Canada an adequate response? Now they have just been rolling the blame around the country.
Until they blame the putting our utilities in private greedy hands the response will not be adequate. This include taking steps to return the utilities in this country back to the public.
