in an interview with Charlie Rose "that the Repugs that werre investigating Clinton were using at least 200 FBI agents in 1998 up to the elections and they are responsible for not having those agents out connecting the dots". Basically if they had been able to do their job instead of partisan investigating maybe they would have and could have investigated the flight schools, the guys coming in the US that were on the watch list etc.
