I think it's getting that bad in Arizona. I just saw a story on the news about an 'open house' at Joe Arpaio's new jail. There was a little girl who had been brought in.. didn't hear what she said though.. America seems so proud of their incarcertaion rate, it's shamefu... Lock up all those horrible pot smokers, strip them of their civil rights to vote.. it's just diesgusting. I read somewhere that other countries don't strip away a person's right to vote if they are convicted of a crime..
