despite allowing many others to be outside their stores for various products and causes. This was a national policy and I believe it is much more serious. Wal Mart decided that they didn't mind their customers being approached outside their store, they just didn't want their low-income customers voting. That would have been a bigger story if someone had chosen to cover it.
