Some of those ratios are pretty damning, in my mind. And Utah, especially has to be considered with care. Many women, especially in the southern part of the state, must travel to receive care, and Las Vegas is closer than Salt Lake. So Nevada's numbers may include young women from the Southern Utah/Northern Arizona areas as well.
