23. Yes, mostly in the inland areas and mostly where Ahnold won
The strange thing is that a lot of third party candidates did very well in some areas where the DRE's are located. Some of these third party candidates did not even campaign in these areas. Yes, that was a horrible election. I also remember Mr. Bush Jr. congratulating Ahnold before the polls closed. It felt like the beginning of the end at that time. Just like Karl Rove would like you to feel.
