19. Think through the implications.
Someone donates the use of a swanky apartment right at ground zero; who do you suppose got to use it, some poor workijng stiff, or the police commissioner, Kerik. What do you want to bet he was using it before he started renting it? What do you suppose are the chances he got a "deal" on the rent? I'll take bets that he used it for his apparently continual affairs at the time it was supposd to have been used for resting workers from ground zero.

You see the timeline on the affairs? He was having the one affair with the corrections subordinate before, during, and after his wedding to his latest wife. I bet that apartment, you know it overlooked ground zero, was a great pick-up line, "hey baby, want to come up to the command post, it has a great view from which we can survey the clean-up work." I bet that vulture was screwing his little sluts in their while looking down at the smoking hole and getting off on his power. Makes me sick.
