( ask mom) and it will all work out. If you turned 20 today, you are really 20 years and 9 months old. Unless you were a preemie of course, then you are 20 years and something less than 9 mos. Gee I think conception dates are going to start to get very important. Birth certificates will cease to exist and they will be called conception certs. This is going to be a real riot.
