17. I always liked Clinton's first WH spokesperson
Edited on Tue Dec-21-04 12:14 AM by Rockerdem
I forgot her name (Alzheimers), but she was so effective by being gracious and pleasant, though firm. She really got her points across without standing peoples neck hair on end. (Edit: Dee Dee Myers)

On the other side, Laura Ingram (sp?) is annoying too. That nasal quality to her voice locks out any possibility of comprehending any point she tries to make. She has all the other qualities of a good presenter (content, notwithstanding), but the voice alone makes people turn channels. Little things mean a lot on TV.
