2. Bernard Kerik and Airport Screener gropings?
Bernard Kerik, New York's former top police officer who withdrew as a Bush administration cabinet nominee, resigned from a consulting firm with former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani, December 22, 2004. Giuliani told reporters that Kerik, nominated by President Bush (news - web sites) to be Homeland Security secretary before being overtaken by scandals, left Giuliani Partners LLC voluntarily.
