Not actually. The IMMEDIATE things were need for information about the disaster, then empathy with the victims, then shock as the numbers rose, then a need for more information--and THEN the political stuff, as Bush seems sooo slow to open his wallet.

> 2 - ask SOMEONE ELSE ot spend money to help. Why not just send your own money to help and be done with it?

What do you know of who gave and who didn't?
