They had branded his father as a traitor and had the most vile thread about people who had signed an ANSWER petition against the war in which they were gloating about their reports of Traitors to Homeland Security, the military (for the military members) and to employers. Some posts were removed afterwards but even now there are still 462 frenzied, hateful, posts in that thread. They couldn't turn in people fast enough yet are stunned when people compare them to Nazis. You can only pray God have mercy on such people.

After Berg was decapitated and that thread found, they wrung their hands about how their hateful activities had nothing to do with his strange detention by US authorities in Iraq and sudden, bizarre decapitation at the hands of "terrorists" while dressed in a prison orange jumpsuit.

Nick's father still can't get answers from the government about what really happened to his son.

You would think the freepers would learn to cool down their hate & vile activities. But that would be asking too much it seems.
