489. Speechless in Alabama

I haven't been around DU as long as many who have posted on this thread, but I've certainly been here long enough to have experienced the wit and wisdom of Khephra. And I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with Scott here, even if only for a little less than a year.

I had no idea how old Khephra was, and am a bit surprised to find out we were the same age. He was a lot wiser and more serene than I can ever hope to be.

I am also a mother, and cannot imagine the pain of the death of a child. You and all of Scott's family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.
