reigns, Bush is responsible for more deaths than Hitler. That not to say that Hitler doesn't surge ahead in the next four years. I don't see Bush keeping up with that unless he decides to nuke Tehran or something.

IMO, it is not a dishonor to the holocaust victims to draw these parallels. The watchword of the holocaust is 'never again'. The dishonor would be to not draw the parallels.

Even in 1936, most German jews didn't really believe it could happen to them, for Germany was one of the most enlightened countries in the world, and jews had served in high positions in German society, in government, in education, the arts and the military.
