Actually, I learned about Episcopalians from a recent lecture series here in DC (presented by a foreign embassy)and a panel discussion from the Brookings Institute, both on "Religion and Politics"...and from that, I learned that the Episcopalians don't do much for the poor...but PLEASE add your evidence with links if you feel that is mistaken....IMO, it's sort of like bush* claiming that the USA gives a LOT to foreign aid, when the TRUTH shows otherwise....back up your claims....here's my backup:

IMO, there has been NO OTHER CHURCHES posting such a list of efforts for the poor, the hungry, the homeless, the needy...there is NO OTHER CHURCH that operates hundreds of medical hospitals and clinics, shelters, food kitchens, homes for pregnant teenagers, homes for drug addicts, alcoholics....homes for the sick and dying...and international aid.....

It's just the facts...if you have FACTS about what the Episcopalian church or other churches are doing for the poor...PLEASE, post here, so we will all know....

My comments are not hypocritical...just FACTS....everyone keeps claiming that lots of other churches do so much, yet NONE post any evidence of that at all...so post some links to the Episcopalians and we'll see how they measure against Catholic efforts...
