1. I 'think' that is the "SnowFlake Babies"
campaign is all about......they want the frozen embryos adopted.

I haven't followed this story, but here's a link to what they do.

Snowflakes Enter Stem-Cell Debate
by Bill Wilson, Washington, D.C., correspondent

Children conceived from adopted frozen embryos appear on Capitol Hill to spotlight why destroying human embryos in the name of science is wrong.

The debate over the ethics of destroying human embryos took on a childlike face on Capitol Hill this week at a news conference featuring "snowflake" babies.

The children, born from embryos created and frozen during the in-vitro fertilization process, appeared to persuade lawmakers to oppose legislation that would expand research conducted on stem cells extracted from the destruction of human embryos.

The bill passed the House, but not because the snowflakes didn't touch hearts, including that of Rep. Joe Pitts, R-Pa.

"The first little snowflake child said yesterday in her message to Congress, her mother just told me, she said, 'Don't kill the snowflakes, we're just kids,' Pitts said.<snip>
