I don't care much about cars and don't really need much in the way of a house, beyond what I already have.
I would make it a point to employ people who need a hand up like non-violent offenders, people in recovery and single moms working on their education.
Then I would fund scholarships for the children of single moms interested in pursuing a degree in political science.
Can you tell I've been a single mom? Noooooooooooo.
That's where I would start anyway.
