When it looked like the jury was going to convict the black man who avenged the brutal attack and rape of his black daughter in the deep south...the attorney in his closing argument made the jury re-live the crime.
Then...he said (after talking of untold horror and brutality)--"Imagine that this little girl was white".
It made the difference.
In this case it is the same.
Can you imagine them letting a black man out after he was convicted of these horrific murders?
Somehow I don't think so. It is ONLY because this is a white KKK'er who loves God and lives in the South.
IMHO, the judge threw out what a jury of this racists peers believed, and judged him, more than likely, as he would himself.
And a cold blooded racist killer walks the street.
