if the EVMs aren't dealt with. Rush Holt's HR-2239 was virtually ignorned in the House. Howard Dean suggested citizens gather signatures to put mandates on their state ballots by which only machines that can do a paper recount may be used in the state. SOMETHING must be done before 2006 or the cheating will go on and on and on an on ...
