7. Well, that's completely contradictory to the August memo

that Condi didn't bother to tell him about and that Bin Laden had been removed from any list Bill Clinton had put him on. However, I think he knew and it wasn't a premonition. He knew that something was going to happen and he stepped out of the way to let it happen.
