and I would go so far as to say infatuated. In a previous column he described in great detail a CNBC interview with Krugman where he parsed every breath and even lip smack.

Why does he wait to get a book signed if he hates the man so much? Luskin's obsessive need to let the world know his revulsion of Krugman is indicative of exactly the opposite: he is mentally and sexually stimulated by Krugman's intelligence and popularity.
