Trying to charge Iraqi businesses $7500 to join their 'consortium' so that they can subcontract work from US companies? Isn't that the same scam the mob used to run on the docks?

John Gotti has got to be kicking himself that he didn't get into government work...

Listen to the audio linked above. It's really interesting to hear the Iraqi's reaction to this "offer they can't refuse."
