RWers say in this regard. O'Reilly calls for a terrorist attack on San Fran; Michael Moore's life is threatened by a RW radio goon; Robertson's remark re. Chavez and now this simpleton son of a *reknowned* simpleton.

There are laws on the books against inciting people to violent acts against American citizens. No one seems interested in enforcing them. Even the left won't advocate prosecution in cases like the above.... citing usually ( and foolishly) free speech concerns.

I say people who threaten the lives of American citizens should be prosecuted to the extent the laws allow. What we seem to have now is a situation where the right can incite to violence with impunity while the left would unquestionably be hounded by the FEDS and local prosecutors for making analagous statements.
