The SFPD is always embroiled in some kind of scandal.

This pisses me off because not long ago, I was broadsided by a hit-and-run driver in Noe Valley who ran a stop sign. My car was totaled and I was badly injured. A witness got his license number, so I called the SFPD and waited...and waited...and waited for them to show up. They never did. Finally, I got myself to the Mission station to file a report, and what happened? I got a letter from them about a month later saying they were 'too backlogged' to investigate, but they were nice enough to run the plate and give me the driver's information to give to my insurance company.

Nice that you can get away with a felony in San Francisco because the cops are sooooooo busy, yet they have time to made silly, degrading videos. That's why this is causing such an uproar.
