37. speaking of dog shooters...
A couple of years ago, a little boy called 911 because he thought someone was breaking into his house and his mother wasn't home yet.

SFPD responded to the call, and when they talked to the boy his dog growled at them. One of the cops pulled his revolver, shot the dog, and the bullet passed through the pooch and hit the kid.

So, the kid has a dead dog and is in the hospital with a bullet in his knee, and SFPD refused to apologize for the shooting. Nice, eh? They could give a damn about public perception, and people have had enough.
