Will Pitt may be another avenue you can explore. PM him for his PO Box and give out his address to the troops serving there. I'm certain that if the lettrs are being censored, there's enough movement from Afganistan to another country where someone can drop a letter into the mail (like the AF cycling to Germany and back).
