22. As long as Bush can get away without directly affecting huge
numbers of "ordnry folks", which a draft would do, he'll continue overloading the military, reserves and National Guard.

If we had an actual draft in place in 2001 I doubt we would have invaded Iraq in the first place.

People are always willing to talk about doing the "right thing" as long as it doesn't include them doing anything themselves.
