23. Censure discussions - including sworn testimony - could reveal a lot
and could lead to impeachment and conviction.

Congressman Conyers is careful with his words - he has said that he believes that Kerry won the Presidency in 2004 - but having said it once he does not keep repeating himself, instead he focuses on the facts, on 'working the crowd' - getting more and more people to look at the facts.

It is important to remember that Congressman Conyers was a young lawyer during the Nixon impeachment - he knows how this works.

I, personally, don't believe it when people assure me "Kerry is working behind the scenes..." "Dean is working behind the scenes..." -- but I do believe - "Conyers is working behind the scenes" *because* he is always working right out in the open.

He just published a 273-page document entitled "The Constitution in Crisis" today -- that *is* the opening salvo... <http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/?q=node/5769>

Congressman Conyers - America's Congressman!
