We know it is okay to use a gun to defend yourself from attack and now Bush* says to defend us it is okay to spy on people even against the Constitution and also to deny an America Due Process which is guaranteed under the Constitution. So how far can I as an individual go to defend myself from a suspected threat. I am pretty paranoid these days also. Can I grab a person off the street and question them under duress? Can I tap my neighbors phone? We are all fighting the same war aren't we so why is it just Bush* that can break the Law of the Land in my defense? He is defending me isn't he? That is what he said. Is everything Legal now???????
