I don't personally hate George Walker Bush, I hate his policies. I hate his and his party's efforts to repeal the Great Society, the New Deal, and even repeal parts of Theodore Roosevelt's Square Deal. I detest this administration's sorry enviornmental record, and I detest this administration's efforts to further repeal enviornmental protections and to ignore the mounting damage of their policies. I am infuriated by the Republican Party's ruthless power grab by forcing redistricting here in Texas and in other States like Colorado. I detest this administration's efforts to curb reproductive rights (No, I'm not just talking about abortion, I'm talking about all forms of birth control) and this administration's efforts to shape social plicies according to the whims of arrogant, ill-informed, doctrinaire religious zealots. I have contempt for this administration's efforts to curb public transit and its negligence regarding alternate energy production.

Only an unthinking right-wing fanatic or a second-rate media hack can call me a "Bush hater."
