15. A subpoena will!
Sadly for Mr. Bush, if he is issued a subpoena by the commission, he will NOT be able to hide the documents without breaking the law. US v Nixon ruled that the President CANNOT use Executive Privelige to hide information that is related to a criminal or Congressional investigation. I think that the work of the 9/11 Commission would qualify as both, wouldn't you? If he refuses to turn over the info he can probably do jail time for that. Gotta love it, damned if you do, damned if you don't. I love it when that happens to other people that I despise!
