Good point NSMA; the resources here around Simi Valley and Moorpark were just too thin to handle it. THIS is the area that benefits from the car tax money. Or suffers from the lack. They alreday were planning on Closing one of the Jails if the Car Tax gets repealed; how putting criminals on the street earlier is beneficial to society I'll have to ask the Gropinator.

BTW,

WHERE IS THE NEW GOVERNOR? I heard he's in Vegas.
