as many friends of mine, when we were teenagers, I can understand the emotion behind this. However, two wrongs don't make a right. This fella belongs in a mental institution and should have been charged with lewed behavior and tried in court the very first time this happened.

The blame though is not with the girls, who are minors, but with the adults who surely had been told about this and did nothing. We too complained about incidents like this to our parents and the nuns and were told it was probably our fault that we tempted the man, and that we should pray about it and for him.

The girls should be punished for assault, but the adults should also be punished for child endangerment.
