I thought he was more liberal than he turned out to be.

And the book upset me because it turned out he had sold us up-river on far more issues than I'd realized.

And voting Green has gotten the issues of election reform and democracy some of the attention they are due. You don't like the results of a lot of people voting for Greens, or Socialists or Natural Law, etc? Then get on your representatives' cases about ranked voting and we'll see about actually having a democracy that works for the greater good of the majority.
