1. Business Facilitation Services.

Our personnel in London and Baghdad will work closely together to ensure that companies seeking to operate in Iraq have full business support, assistance and guidance at a local level, in order that their operations run as effectively and successfully as possible. When this is combined with the high-level status and contacts of some of our key personnel, advisors and contacts, we intend to ensure that our clients obtain the maximum return on their commitment to the re-construction and stability of Iraq.

2. Representation.

From our headquarters in Baghdad, we will represent clients in negotiations as directed, and lobby on their behalf as appropriate. Some opportunities are only available to companies that can arrange for a representative to attend the appropriate offices before a certain date, in order to register interest and receive the necessary information and official forms. Conversely, our London based personnel can represent Iraqi companies in business negotiations and dealings with foreign companies.

3. Due Diligence.

As with all business worldwide, foreign companies seeking to undertake business dealings with those inside Iraq are advised to conduct due diligence enquiries in order to establish the commercial suitability and viability of proposed partners and projects. At Mercury Professional Services Ltd, our personnel are experienced in undertaking these types of enquiries on behalf of large corporations worldwide, including FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies.

4. Business Research.

Whether targeted by sector, specific opportunity, or more general research of viable business ventures. Our personnel on the ground in Iraq, in conjunction with the experience of our UK based operation, will conduct accurate, comprehensive business research using a costed methodology agreed with the client.

5. Market Surveys.

As an adjunct to Business Research, clients may require market surveys in order to establish an accurate picture of the situation on the ground inside Iraq with regards to the products, services or opportunities of specific interest.

6. Executive and Corporate Security.

As a provider of security services worldwide, and in conjunction with partner companies, we are able to provide security solutions that will enable us to co-ordinate all our clients' activities in Iraq and ensure that any unforeseen circumstances are resolved as quickly as possible. The deteriorating situation in Iraq has resulted in security becoming the primary issue for any company or organisation seeking to deploy personnel there.
