Inauguration Day is just around the corner, and it's a perfect time to tell President Bush that we demand an America safe from gun violence!

We need people like you to help us gather email messages to send to President Bush on Inauguration Day, and to help us raise funds to support our efforts.

Last year, President Bush broke his 2000 campaign promise to renew the Federal Assault Weapons Ban and let it expire in September. With his NRA cronies in power in Congress, sensible gun laws are being threatened more than ever. Incredible as may seem, the gun lobby wants to roll back laws such as the Brady background checks and the ban on machine guns.

Together we are the rational voice for a safer, saner America.
