parlaimentary system. I used to be against such a system because it often leads to gridlock. However, seeing what has happened since we got one party rule, it seems it's time has come. This winner take all system doesn't do the country any good when you have a bunch of morons running the government from the Moran Party.

For one thing it would end gerrymandering as there would no longer be districts to gerrymander. What would happen is that you would vote for representatives of your party to be your voice.

The larger the party, the more representatives, would be elected. So there would still be a majority of Republicans vs. Democrats, but there would also be Libertarians, Greens, Reform party and any others that could meet a quorum of membership to be allowed into the House.

In order to pass legislation, you would have to court some of the minority party legislators to your side to make a majority. So a lot of reaching across the aisle for compromises would be the business of the day.

And the icing on the cake would be when Mr. President has to go before parlaiment at certain times of the year to be questioned and made accountable to parlaiment for his actions.

Could this be done by ammendment to the Constitution?
