1. Spyware can easily

be removed with some free programs. DO a google search on "Adaware" or "Spybot"
After you find the homepage for either program, be sure to hit their "Webupdate" button to get the most recent file and then run the program. Both search for spyware in the same way that anti-virus programs search for virus and trojan horses on your computer.
