I was thinking how I needed to go to the woods to get away. Maybe, we'll go camping this weekend. If I weren't a responsible person, I would just leave for at least a few weeks to make my recovery. I only have 4 vacation days left this year for my job (I only had 8 total after working there for 3 years). This society is sick and makes otherwise adapted humans develop mood disorders like anxiety and depression. I think spending some time alone with nature would help me a lot quicker than any level of counseling or medication that my HMO would be providing.
