Santa Claus maybe.

Who was it that said, "GIVE a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day .. TEACH an man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." or words to that effect??

Do NOT waste money just handing it over to the govt or these people. $35k could have been the start of a smll industry with one person's leadership that could have fed, clothed, and sheltered hundreds!

I acquired my charm in the cockpit - flying is a business that is unforgiving of fools.

I'm sorry the innocent get harmed by the bad choices of the guilty - but that doesn't change the need of the guilty to change their ways.

Notice the cute family. The wife got pregnant at 15. They have had 4 children they cannot care for - sorry, but that is irresponsible. They are living in a shelter because their inlaws threw them out after an arguement...hmm, maybe you should learn not to argue with someone who is paying all your bills.

This family will live in misery until the parents grow up. Throwing cash at a problem of maturity or morality won't solve the root problem - only prolong the agony.

And there is nothing about Christmas that suggests sloppy sentimentality will make the world a better place.
