20. Yes, you are correct. Officially, there is a rule where I live

where you can't keep a pet over 40 lbs, although I see many dogs around here which are huge. There is also a quota here of two pets, which I already have. So I guess I should say, when I move where there are no rules, I'll look for a golden. :) I like Rotts, too.
