Look at Folder Options, then click the advanced tab, the one that brings up a lot of shit that can be checked/unchecked, look for the entry "Show hidden files and folders", make sure that is checked, then hit apply, and you will now see a bunch of folders and files that you didn't know existed, cause microsoft thinks you are too stupid to look at all that shit. Look again and it will be there. BTW: the hidden files and folders will look faded out, whited out a little bit, just a way to tell you about it.
