...than the election of 2000 would not have been stolen and either 9/11 would have been prevented, or, if it still happened, Al Gore would have used the world's good will for some greater purpose rather than squandering it the way The Little Drunk did.

That's the first thing that I thought of, anyway. Maybe if I thought longer about it, I would say the world standing up to Hitler sooner than it did, or something else.
