66. four kitties, a rescue litter
found at less than a week old in 2000, still have all four.

First known at the finding stage as Grey One, Black One, Brown One and White One.

Grey One became Junior, just because it suited him. Also known as Junie, Tunie, Tuna, Junior Mintz, Mincemeat, Mr. J. Mintz.

Black One became, at first, Ratso, after Ratso Rizzo, because he was just so ratty looking. No hair on his arms (also known as Mummy Arms during the early stages). Morphed into Ratso-Batso. Turned out the Bat part was apt because (a) he has an overbite so his fangs stick out, and (b) he hangs upside down. Also known as RB, BatBoy, Batty.

Brown One became George, after George Harrison. There was just something about him that made me think of the youngest Beatle. He was the smallest when he was found. He has lived up to his name, as he is the peacemaker and the lover. The other three guys have their own intra-cat intrigues, but Georgie loves everyone.

White One, the only girl, became Cleo. Because she is a queen. And she IS The Queen.

I must find one of the early kitten pix and post it...
