  • I have practice priveleges on a huge concert organ. The idea is that you learn a piece (ie fingerings) on your own instrument (in my case, a little Baldwin fake electronic pipe organ at the church) and use your practice time on the concert organ to set registrations and balance. I had practice time booked on the concert organ for an upcoming concert, but I had to play a funeral today and the church was full of mourners getting thing set up, so I ended up practicing my funeral music (to be played on the little Baldwin) on the big monster concert organ.
  • My boss shows up for work at the crack of dawn. For once, I beat him in.
  • Normally, I get the last cup of coffee because everybody's too lazy to take the last cup and feel obligated to make a new pot. I was in so early that I made the first two pots and got the first cup of coffee.
  • I ended up eating my lunch for breakfast. Now I'm snacking on breakfast food.
